  • Can I order a custom graphic or tattoo?
    Yes, to order a custom graphic or tattoo according to your idea, please contact me by email at bazgramsobie@gmail.com. In the email, you can attach photos and any information that will be useful for my inspiration and process 🙂
  • Can I order custom ceramics?

    Currently there is no such option.
  • Can I pick up the order in person?
    Yes, it is possible in my workshop in Zabrze, at Wandy 1a Street – entrance through the bookbinding shop. Please send a message in advance (preferably through Instagram) as I am there at different times and days.
  • Can I see the products in person?
    Yes, some of my products are available in a handicraft shop at Chromatica tattoo studio at Dyrekcyjna 4, in Katowice. There, you can touch, see, and purchase the displayed items.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Each product has an estimated shipping time in its description, which can vary depending on the product, but usually ranges from 2 to 5 business days. I perform each process in the workshop myself, so I need some time to safely prepare the package 🙂
  • Can I wash the ceramics in the dishwasher?
    Yes, but only if they do not have gold decorations. Ceramics decorated with gold should be hand washed.
  • When are ceramic deliveries?
    Due to the nature of working with ceramics, deliveries appear at irregular intervals. First, I have to work a bit to create something, and once I accumulate enough, I fire and put successful products on the website. It’s best to follow Instagram @bazgramsobie and @yeti_ceramika to stay up to date 🙂
  • What do the second category products from the „sale” section look like?
    Not every item that is handmade from the beginning goes through the entire process perfectly, which does not mean it no longer serves its functional purpose. Such products usually have minor visual defects, such as deformations, glaze or decoration defects. Each product offered in the sale has a description or photo of the defect. It’s worth giving these items a chance, as they are unique and one-of-a-kind in their own way!
  • Oh no! What if the package arrived damaged?
    Although I pack all packages with great care and protection, they are not always able to withstand a collision with the courier… If you encounter this unfortunate accident, take photos and let me know by email or through Instagram. I will send you a new product, or if it is no longer available, I will refund your money.
  • Can I return the product?
    Yes, you can return the order within 14 days of receiving it. The product must not show any signs of use and must be sent back in a suitably protected manner. More information and a form can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
